One advantage this Saturday is that the student body should finally be  fully 
in attendance, since move-in, Orientation, etc., all wraps around the  
weekend.  Hopefully, all those eager freshmen will be excited to root for  their 
team.  I remember when I was a freshman in the Fall of 1970, and we  started the 
Conference schedule 3-0.  It was pretty amazing and heady stuff  for this 
young lad from the East Coast, who had never really experienced major  college 
football before.
