The ST article said two great things.  

First, this is a smart kid who is coming to NU BECAUSE of our high
academic standards.

Second, Fitz is doing a great job recruiting in the Chicago area, which
is our other undeniable recruiting advantage for those who want to stay
close to home.

If Fitz can get first pick of the smart local players and leverage our
academic standards to be in the hunt for smart football players in the
rest of the country, he will set NU up to have the sort of winning
tradition that we have all hoped to see.  He'll also do it by selling to
our strengths rather than becoming like everyone else.
