[NU Sports] Whew!

Don't know how they handle it in the ACC, but because of "long" clock a
few seasons ago at an MSU/UoM game, the Big Ten now requires the
officials to appoint a neutral time keeper rather than the home team.
So with a BT crew at an ACC site, don't know what they do.

Indeed, it was a Big Ten officiating crew, but, I believe the home team
provides the official timekeeper, so all of the whining from Duke about
the clock (especially late in the game) should have been directed at
their own guy. Remember that the clock rules did change, though, and
for out of bounds plays the clock is supposed to stop until the ball is
set, and then start again (except inside the last 2 mins of each half).
Anyways it did look like there were some issues with the clock and with
the new clock rules that timekeeper has a lot to worry about very
quickly.
