Anyone venture to Duke Athletic web site recently?  They  stuffed the place 
for Cutcliffe's debut, and the Devils shook off a tough James  Madison FBS 
team, 31-7.   JMU is one of those FBS teams like New  Hampshire; probably better 
than 30,40 % of FCS schools.
   It was not lost in Coach Pat's Monday press conference.   Looks like this 
won't be one of those trips to Durham that's played in front of  15,000 
disinterested fans. Coach Cutcliffe has changed things already. The fact  that it's 
a night game will add more excitement, as well as the threat of lousy  
weather.  We can't afford our usual September snooze.
  On a lighter note, Fitz reported that suspended John Gill was the DT  on 
the scout team, and our new-bie center was tired of Gill beating his ass all  
week; and told Fitz that the game was easy compared to practice.  That'll  get 
the youngster ready!
