It was definitely a duck, with the height it looked a little more like 
a punt than a pass.

Given that the closest person other than the receiver was a photographer
just beyond the end zone, had it been dropped both the passer and the
receiver would have been razzed in the locker room.

Too bad Peterman didn't run for a touchdown, that would have given him
the rare triple.
