One vote for the legal minimum conference games (would 7 be allowed ?).

The goal is $$$ and a bowl, and 4 games against patsies gets you more than halfway there

There is also something to be said for missing Penn State and Wisconsin in a given year.? Missing Ohio State was a big part of the 1995 league championship (at least, according to OSU fans)
