[NU Sports] New ESPN bowl pojections

All of this 'screwing' talk raises a question.
 
We all have likes and dislikes on bowl sites
 
The program needs a bowl for practices, recruiting, visibility, a reward  for 
the players/coaches
 
But, from a program standpoint, is it better for the program to get
 
- the highest possible bowl in the pecking order ?
 
- A winnable match-up ?
 
- Some other consideration ?
 
If we eliminate our likes/dislikes, which bowl should we be rooting for  
entirely from the standpoint of the program ?
