[NU Sports] Final: Oregon 65, Oregon State 38

Why does this list think we would get selected over Iowa to go to the Outback ?  We would not be considered a better draw from our fans though I suppose we would figure to spend more $ per fan.  We had a better overall record with an easier schedule. We have the same cone record We did beat Iowa though that was 2 months ago. Iowa upset PSU fairly recently 

I would love for us to get selected for  tampa but wondering what would cause the committee to go against conventional wisdom ?
