Yes noise state could get there and I suppose if SC loses to UCLA(and therefore knocked out of the Rose bowl) conceivably they could beat out ohio state for the last spot with identical records (and having beaten the bucks earlier)

Outback would be nice, but we can't assume Ohio State is in the BCS yet. Boise State could still get the extra BCS spot, right?
