in their pre-season issue as one that they thought neither team was
strong enough to win?

I was reminded of that games over the weekend reading about the Apple
Cup, Washington and Wazoo which will likely forever go down in history 
as the LAST teams to play to a 0-0 tie in NCAA Division 1.
