You raise some good points, Steve--However I will  say this, that in NCAA 
hoops, I would venture  that about half the time  in the past 20 years, the 
winner doesnt really seem to me o be the best team, just one that got hot and won 6 
in a row at the right time--Whereas I have felt that since the BCS did 
institue some kind of program rules starting in about 1995, that the eventual 
national winners almost always could make a darn good case for truly being the best
