[NU Sports] Will Iowa leap us?

1) Keep in mind that if Iowa leaps us, they won't really be leaping us
that much because we tied with them for fourth place in the Big Ten.
We have a better overall record and we beat them, but I think it's a
safe bet at this point that they'll be chosen over us.

2) At this point, it's impossible for us to fall below the Champs Bowl
no matter what else happens. So we can forget about the Insight and
Motor City Bowls.

3) Based on the article I posted earlier this week, it is possible for
Wisconsin to be chosen ahead of us but only if the Big Ten gets two
BCS bids. In that event only, the Outback and Alamo bowls are not
bound by the 2-loss selection rule, so the Alamo, for instance, could
pick Wisconsin ahead of us. I think the sense on the list is that
this would be GOOD because none of us seem to want to see the Cats in
the Alamo bowl.
