Michigan, Iowa, Michigan State all featured strong offensive performances coming out of the half, where some adjustments clearly made a big, immediate impact.
Don't get me wrong--I'm frustrated by an overly conservative approach, particularly relying too much on short passes. But Fitz has watched our QB's throw it to the wrong guys way, way too much this year, and I have to believe that's why they've often opted for the "don't lose the game on offense" approach.
I miss the high-scoring offense, but it sure is nice to have a defense that can keep you in any game.
