NU alum Teddy Greenstein had a rather scathing column today on the Evil Empire's coach ...

... between him and Wilbon's hilariously pointed rants on Weis during some PTI episodes recently (about the school not giving Willingham or Davie this much slack), I think Weis might start claiming there's an "NU media conspiracy" to get him out.:)

And while it has long since been forgotten by experts looking for the new "upset of the century" ... I think you can trace a lot of the Doh!mers problems back to that glorious September Saturday where the scoreboard read NU 17, ND 15 at the end of the game. They just haven't been the same since and it's hard to remember a signature win ... or even find a bowl win ... for the Irish since that monumental upset. And thanks to NBC's deal with Notre Dame, the whole nation got to see it! :)
