Not exactly, Comcast has a network called Southeast sports (CSS), and there  
is the Florida sports network (FSN) neither of which is carried by Brighthouse 
 (Time Warner) in most of the state, much to the displeasure of a million  
fans. And of course there is $2.25 billion reasons from ESPN
