[NU Sports] Here comes the "Black Coach" issue again

Pro minority football players make a bucket of money and probably don't feel the need to go through  the minors so to speak to get a head coaching job. Minton, as an example, didn't want to go through that drill and now makes a good living down in Atlanta without the hassle of recruiting, putting up with jerk alumni, etc.
What percentage of assistant coaches in the NFL are minorities?
