Subject: [NU Sports] Minnesota Prediction
Fellow Wildcat Faithful,
I think we're going to see a defensive battle today. The Gophers have been
playing inspired football, but their offense is predictable. The Cats are
going to hit the field with a "play like you have nothing to lose" attitude.
Before the season started I predicted the Cats to go 8-4. That prediction
included losing @ Indiana and winning @ Minnesota. I'll stick by it.
Besides, don't we win games when CJ doesn't throw interceptions? He won't
throw any today.
I'm hoping to see some creativity from McCall today. Let Conteh run inside
and Kafka/Simmons use the option on the outside. I doubt we'll score much,
but a TD from teh defense or special teams will put us over the top.
Northwestern: 17
Minnesota: 16
Victory & Honor,
Jim
