Note that the prerequisites for a visit to Tampa are that PSU wins out and
goes to the national championship game (boosted by Texas' loss last night),
OSU wins out and gets a BCS at-large bid (they are a lock to be in the top
12 in the BCS if they win out, virtually guaranteeing them an at-large BCS
bid), and NU wins 2 of its last 3 to get to 9-3.  Obviously, in college
football, there are no guarantees, but the 'Cats basically control their own
destiny; a 9-3 team would be difficult for the top tier Big Ten bowls to
pass up - and would be impossible if there ends up being a logjam of teams
at 7-5 and 6-6 as the "2 win" requirement would force bowls to select NU
over them.  But, there's a lot of football left to be played, and it will
undoubtedly be interesting.
