Off the top of my head, I can come up with the following pro dynasties:

NBA: Celtics 8 in a row 1959 thru 1966
MLB: Yankees 5 in a row 1949 thru 1953
NHL: Canadiens 5 in a row 1956 thru 1960

And, as for the NCAA, if you check ncaa.com, then individual sports, 
then history, you'll see all the past team champions. There have been a 
number of dynasties, including SC, UTEP, Arkansas and LSU in track and 
field, Okla. State and Iowa in wrestling, SC in baseball. The most 
consecutive titles I found on my quick search was Arkansas with 12 
straight track and field championships.
