I suppose this is the same political bias reflected in the holocaust denier and aptly named Prof. Butz who is still on the faculty.

Inviting Wright to get an honorary degree is just another example of NU's administration's bad judgment and political bias.  It goes along with putting Bernardine Dohrn on the law school faculty.
