Baseball is THE most difficult game to play.  Ask Michael Jordan.  You can't 
be just a good defensive player or just a good offensive player to be great. 
You have to be both (except pitchers).  The great ones have to hit for 
average, hit for power, field, throw, and run.  Hitting is the most 
challenging thing in any sport.  Where else can you succeed 30% of the time 
and be considered a star?  Succeed 33% of the time, and you're 
extraordinary.
