For anyone interested, it appears that Bienen announced last week that he  
was quitting the Bear Stearns board, he had been critical of ousted  chairman 
Jimmy Cayne's absences during the credit crises. The WSJ reported that  Cayne 
had been seen smoking pot at a bridge tournament last year.
