FYI - Mr. Mariotti said NU is the only school to host a Final Four and fail to appear in an NCAA Tourney, citing the very first Final Four @ Patten Gym, 1939. NU has actually hosted TWO Final Fours. The second was in 1956 @ McGaw. Sadly, he is right (as we all know) about the Cats failing to make any NCAA tourneys.
