Interesting watching this situation unfold.? I've never seen anything quite like it.?? What intrigues me right now and led me to send this post is that I haven't seen or heard anything from Mark Murphy, the President of the Packers and our former AD.? All you hear from are Ted Thompson, the GM, and Mike McCarthy, the Head Coach.? I have a feeling Favre, if he can't come back and start in Green Bay, would probably be a perfect fit at Soldier Field, but the Pack will never let that happen.? Of course, I have no rooting interest here, being a Jets fan and a New Yorker. I have always liked (and respected) Favre and how he carried himself on and off the field--until now--when?I am puzzled by what he is trying to do, and what seems to be a self-absorption which runs counter to his "team-first" persona.
