To me the real question is who all did Fitzgerald interview before settling on Hankwitz, i.e. was he the pick of the litter or just better than nothing.  We'll probably never know.  Bielema has to be careful about hat reason or reasons he gives for bouncing Hankwitz unless he is looking for an age discrimination law suit that could put  Hankwitz on financial easy street even after netting out legal fees.
