I agree.  What a pedigree--he started with Bo at Michigan, coached  with 
Mason, and clearly has ties to GB through Colorado.  If this doesn't  turn the "D" 
around, nothing will.  I think what it will do is allow Fitz  to really be a 
"Head Coach" and let his Coordinators run their squads.  I  can't wait until 
next season now.
