[NU Sports] Chicago Trib story about the NU-Michigan fiasco

Read the Trib story about the latest Carmody fiasco in the Chicago Tribune.  The Michigan coach characterizes Coble as "a terrific, terrific player. That guy can play in any system anywhere".  This prompted Carmody to say, "It was a very good game for him offensively, but defensively he needs a lot of  work".  I guess Carmody felt that he had to shove Coble down to try and  elevate himself  given his rotten coaching record.  Incidentally, Gene Keady  on BTN pointed out that NU "can't compete with Michigan with the athletes that (NU) has". i.e. Carmody can't recruit.
