I like Maureen's suggestions but I have to be concerned if O'Dwyer would be the right guy given his off the field track record. But, before we worry too much about defensive or offensive coordinators, we better get an AD. Replacing a guy like Murphy will be virtually impossible. Barnett could probably do the job but would cause coronaries through out the faculty and some alums, e.g. Telander.
