[NU Sports] Worst basketball seasons ever?

Without starting an argument or hurling personal insults at either Wildcat head basketball coach...

Neither the Northwestern men's nor women's basketball teams has won a single conference game this season.  Does anyone know if this has ever happened before -- to Northwestern or anyone else?
