[NU Sports] Does anyone need a hotel room in San Antonio?

I have a room booked and paid for at the Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk for December 27 and 28.  My plans have changed, and I will not be able to use it.  The room was a little over $215 per night plus tax.  If anyone still on the list still needs a hotel room, please let me know.  I would like to recoup $150 per night from the amount I paid, but will take the best offer I receive.  (Note that the reservation does not extend to the 30th, but I have checked and rooms are still available at this hotel and less expnsive hotels for that evening.)
