Can they just update the signs to read "Welcome to Illinois Most Governors Arrested"?

Everytime I drive the tollway I get irritated by the "Open Road Tolling Rod M. Blagojevich, Governor"

There was a scandal awhile back that instead of using the tollway's own signmaking department they contracted out to a FOR(friend of Rod) for the signs.

My personal opinion is that no politician should have his name on any sign -- no Jessie White, no Richie Daley, no Rod, etc.

Why do you think I suggested it be a shoebox some weeks ago?  (You have
to have a sense of history about these sorts of things.)  

Have they updated the signs at the border yet to read:

    Welcome to Illinois, 9 of our last 10 governors have been arrested
