The best comment from the news conference came from an FBI agent who, when asked if Illinois was the most corrupt state said, "if it isn't it is giving it a hell of a run at it".

Then there was  Bath House John Coughlin,  a Chicago Alderman who got a bill passed requiring all cemeteries to have a ten foot cement wall around them.  It was a mere  coincident that he owned a cement plant.
