[NU Sports] Tickets ordered...

23 year season ticket holder here, and the last communication I got from our wonderful athletic department was the 'Ryan Field' survey.
I should have gotten an e-mail the minute the Bowl was announced.
I should have gotten a follow-up e-mail on Monday describing ticket options, ticket locations, maybe even links to SA travel sites (hotels, etc.)
I remember regular mailings (snail mail) in the mid-90's for the Rose and Citrus bowls, describing the ticketing process, game details, etc.
I am not sure what we are paying the staff on Central Street for - but it's not for helping the season ticket holders.

I called the ticket office yesterday (Monday) and ordered two tickets to be
donated to a charitable organization when I was told that tickets were now on
sale. If I were a season ticket holder I would be bent out of shape too if I
hadn't received any communication about tickets, packages, etc. I think that
your experience is probably illustrative of the lousy athletic department PR and
why Dyche ,oops Ryan is half empty most of the time.
