The Outback and Alamo Bowls are keeping the lid on tighter than a vice presidential search.  It's a little over an hour before the big news comes out, and there's no hint of a leak at the Trib, Des Moines Register or Adam's ESPN blog.  And on the St. Pete Times, the front-page sports story is...Las Vegas and Portland trying to lure the Tampa Bay Rays.
