That. Would. Be. AWESOME!!! Truly awesome! A real B-C-MESS!

Just the cries coming from Urban and Florida would be worth everything. (Again, not in awe of the SEC this year -- Bama's biggest win is Clemson and UGa, two overrated teams, and Florida's biggest win is a close win over Bama ... but they get to play at home for the title, as LSU did last year, so start inscribing the trophy).

Unfortunately, there's so much rigging of the two human polls in the last week to shove a 1-2 matchup down our throats that the only way I can see it happening is if Cincy loses out in Hawaii to mess up the computer rankings.

That would probably be more fair to Texas Tech as well, who deserve something for their 11-1 season.

SC wasn't terribly impressive today either. Good, but not awe inspiring. The Rose Bowl could be the best game of the bunch with two great bowl coaches and a classic offense vs. defense matchup.

And if OSU goes to Arizona, I think they'll give Texas a good game as well.

Oh well, OU's about to score and Musburger will hammer home the Sooners-Gators matchup from midway through the first quarter to make sure the interns voting for the coaches and the schmoes who do the Harris poll get the message.
