Actually, in some ways it wouldn't be bad if OSU would be shut out of the
BCS. If that happened, all teams would move down a bowl notch. However, it
appears that the Alamo really wants NU -- so if the prognosticators are
correct, Iowa would be bumped from the Outback down to the Champs Bowl, in
their appropriate place below NU in the pecking order. Would serve the
loudmouthed Hawkeye fans right.
