[NU Sports] Outback Bowl

No, I would say Ohio State is a virtual lock unless UCLA pulls off the
monumental upset over USC and the Fiesta decides to pick USC over OSU (in
such a situation both would have 10-2 records).

Assuming USC wins, the final at-large BCS bowl slot comes down to Ohio
State, Boise State, Ball State, and TCU. The only school that comes close
to OSU in that crowd is Boise State, that isn't even really close - just
look at the TV ratings for their recent Fiesta Bowl appearance (despite a
game for the ages, it was one of the lowest ratings in years for a BCS game
- and they were facing Oklahoma). Ohio State has all but locked up that
final at-large spot because it's all about the money.

Now, we won't know their destination for sure until Sunday evening since it
depends on what order the #1 and #2 teams end up in (the Fiesta and/or Sugar
Bowls will get first pick of at-large teams based on the final rankings,
then moving down the pecking order) - which could realistically be either
the Fiesta or Sugar, with the Fiesta being more likely.
