Not a chance
First rule of the BCS is keep as much money as possible in the power conferences
That means throw the little conferences a bone (Utah), so Congress doesn't start asking questions, and throw money at the SEC, Big Twelve and Big Ten
Since 1996 (2 at large) and 2006 (4 at large), The BCS has chosen the Big Ten 9 times, The Big 12 6 times, and the SEC 5 times. Notre Dame 3 times, minor conferences 3 times, and the Pac 10 twice (for a total of 28).? So one can almost argue that the BCS is a method for creating a 'super tier' of conferences - The Big 10, Big 12 and SEC.

We can only hope that the committee listens well to his case--They probaly will figure NU is a gamble , while Iowa is a sure thing
BTW does anyone think Boise State will bump Ohio State for a BCS bowl and all of this hope for the Outback will be moot ?
