[NU Sports] Official Announcement ?

This article states that non-BCS bowls are allowed to announce their
matchups as of 5PM ET (4PM CT) Sunday:

This is because earlier in the afternoon the BCS bowls will "release" teams
that won't be picked for their games so that the lower bowls can make their
official selections.  It looks like that is the time to click refresh on the
computer to see where NU will end up.

Also, it's hard to tell, but the Alamo may be making its selection at 5PM
CT.  In any case, NU should know its fate after the Outback announces its
pick.
