So either we're obsessed or it really sucks. Probably a bit of both.:) But really, not much more than usual.

In any case, like it or not it's a big part of college football and does affect our bowl bid, so I think it's fair game. Plus, the B(C)S folks like to say the regular season is a playoff, so I guess we're involved. And they tout it as a reason we can't drop the bowls (because then we wouldn't be involved), but honestly, have you seen some of these crap-tastic bowl matchups this year? There will be high school games played in Florida and Texas with more fans than half of these games.

Not really - it's both. The Big XII title game is a Big XII issue, but there's still the question of who's #2 in the BCS to get invited to the so-called championship game, so Texas has a pretty good beef with both. Especially since they won the game in this regular season "playoff" but won't be advancing? Don't let the BCS off the hook so easily.

Doesn't mean we have to swallow the line they feed us about it being so great for college football. We want better. This great game deserves better. It's destroyed the bowl system and still doesn't give us a champ.

Well, apparently from list talk, we have a better chance of ending the BCS than beating Mizzou or Okie State.:)

Seriously guys, I know the Big XII has some great offenses, but we can play with these guys and their sieve defenses!

GO CATS!!!
