On the alumni front, just saw in today's NY TIMES that Carolina Panthers picked up Josh McCown as Jake Delhomme's back-up.? The two other QB's on their roster are Matt Moore, "who started the final three games last year as a rookie, and Brett Basanez, who has playhed in one N.F.L. game."? Looks like BB may be on the wrong side of the proverbial "bubble".

Happy NU Year to all. I think the Cats will come out swinging today. Syracuse 
had a pretty flat offense last year and lost their two best receivers. That plus 
our returning starters on defense should be too much.
