[NU Sports] 2008 Football Predictions

I share the same concerns about our no-huddle. This could spell disaster if
we can't sustain drives. Repeated three-and-outs killed us in 2002. Our
defense was completely worn out by the middle of the third quarter. Despite
RW's conditioning prowess, we were sucking air early and often.

That said, I think anything less than 7-5 would be a failure. We should win
all four NC games. All conference games but OSU are winnable given the right
conditions (no devastating injuries).

By the way, Time Warner just caved and agreed to carry BTN. Time Warner
covers about 2/3 of Columbus, so the Bucknuts were crying in their beer last
year. To show you how big OSU football is here in Columbus, the local NBC
affiliate superimposed the news on top of their DNC coverage last night when
Michelle Obama was speaking.
