I would agree with Barnett that we needed to win it on the field, but since 
there is no way we would lose if Keyshawn doesnt play, wouldn't it have been 
appropriate for the President of USC to send a letter to NU a with an apology 
?--They could have also offered their share (or the Pac 10's financial share) 
from the game to  the BT to tell us they really meant it--yeah I know,   I am 
dreaming  --such etiquette rules would probably bankrupt half the conferences in 
the country 

Anyhow sorry to have my focus on 13 years ago when the list server people are 
looking forward to the banter for the 2008 season
