[NU Sports] Fact-checking on an AP wire story

The Sporting News website has an AP story about Oklahoma State coach 
Mike Gundy's call for the Big XII to junk their divisions and go to 
a nine-game conference schedule.

In that story, it states that both the Pac 10 and the Big 10 have nine
game conference schedules.

The last time I checked (a few minutes ago), the Big 10 only has an 
eight game conference schedule, which is why Northwestern doesn't play 
either Wisconsin or Penn State this year.  

Unfortunately, the AP story doesn't have a byline, so I'm not sure
who forgot to do some basic fact-checking here.
