[NU Sports] Why Root for Big Ten Losses?

The only circumstance where I find myself rooting for ND (or OSU for that
matter) is when they play USC.

They all have fans who seem to exhibit an insufferable sense of superiority
and entitlement.

I don't always root against our BT rivals in Non-Conf. games, as do some of
us, but I do ALWAYS root against tOSU. I hate them, but don't feel the same
way against schools such as IU or Wisconsin, or, for that matter, Michigan.

By the way, under the "root against our Conference rivals" Theory that some
of us espouse, for whom did you root for Sat. evening, Joe Pa's Lions or
ND's Irish?
