[NU Sports] Night Games

Agreed, night games -- particularly in early September -- would be 
great.  Now, I might be wrong, but I sort of recall that the Evanston 
politicians passed some kind of ordinance that would allow us to have no 
more than one night game each season.  Anyone else remember anything 
like that?
