I owuld like to take a momemnt to salute the McSpin Doctors of the NBC machine. I just saw Notre Dame kick a field goal to get on the board 19-3 at home late in the 3rd quarter. If it had been us, or Penn State, or Iowa, the commentators would have said, "and with that kick they are finally on the board." 

But no. This is the broadcast where they don't refer to Coach Weis, they call him "Charlie". So, what do they say after the field goal?, "that was a very productive drive for the Irish." B.S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I for one hope that the Wramblin' Wreck can keep it going. Any start to the football season that has NU 1-0 and Michigan and Notre Dame 0-1 is a good on in my book.
