[NU Sports] One down, 12 to go ...

Attendance is listed at 16,199 - which is by far the worst attendance I've
ever experienced at Northwestern (my NU experience began in 2000). Last
year's UNH game had about 20,000 which was the worst number in over a
decade. I wonder how far back one has to go to find a worse attendance than
today. It was a beautiful day and the 'Cats performed very well (first
shutout in a decade!) - it was great to see in person and a great day for
college football. Hopefully some more people come out next week for Nevada.
