Bob played tailback in college. It wasn't until the pros that he was
moved to fullback.

We used the the tight end quite frequently and effectively under
Barnett. I still remember Darren Drexler rumbling downfield with three
defenders hanging on his back after catching a pass over the middle.
I'd have to add him to the list. Other than that, I'd have to pull out
an older media guide from when we separated receiving records for tight
ends.

What about Matt Ulrich? He was only recently cut by the Colts. Never
got much pro PT, but was one of our best while in school.

You could make room for more of the LBs that have been mentioned if you
move Napo to Defensive End, where he played his senior season. Alright,
he was out of position and was a much better LB than he ever was a DE,
but it would balance things out a bit.
Just my $.02.
