[NU Sports] Uh Oh! BCS Poll Warnings

I disagree. Unless you have satellite and are willing to spend extra for the BTN
games, you don't see any NU on the East Coast!
ABC and CBS have a top 25 fixation, our comeback win last Saturday wasn't
featured on any of the games we were able to watch here in the East. We didn't
even see highlights of the game during halftime anywhere.
Maybe the BTN will become a force in the Midwest some day, but once the SEC and
ACC [and maybe the Big East] get their networks up, we can kiss the opportunity
to watch our games on the East Coast goodbye. Comcast will follow the money,
regardless of how many letters we write.
As bad as the picture was, at least ESPN gameplan on the computer let us watch,
with the sound off and Dave & Ted on. Until the BTN figures out that an internet
form of distribution outside of the core Big 10 states is viable, NU and the Big
10 will slowly disappear from the normal TV sports coverage.
Too Bad, I hope we haven't killed the Golden Goose.
